Director Project Management (PM015) Apply

Description
Create overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements for identified projects with a major emphasis on management and coordination tasks.

As a member of management the individual manages assigned projects to ensure agreed scope is adhered to, and timeliness and quality are maintained. May also be assigned to work directly with specified customers as a representative of senior management for the purpose of understanding Change Order requests, negotiating scope of same, and memorializing the process. Also responsible for appropriate staffing with the requisite number of assets. Experience
3-5 years IT with strong Oracle Background.

Utilized project lifecycle - exploration, scoping, planning, delivery, and closing.
Proven track record in the project management disciplines - project charter development, project scoping -WBS decomposition, risk and issues management, quality planning, communications planning, project plan development and estimation, project schedule development and critical path analysis, change control, configuration management, status reporting, post project reporting, project transition planning, project shutdown.

Ability to accomplish day-to-day work with these projects management skill areas - management of project communications, project cost, resources, project scope, risks, time, quality, integration, procurements, and vendor and product.

Proficient with time managements tools such as MS Project.

Make recommendations for developing specified project and of a repository for project information for use by senior management to better allow costing for speculative purposes.

Participate in employment hiring process for selected positions.

Make recommendations for development of existing employees for short term education, as well as to serve expected company needs in the longer term.

Description
The ideal candidate would have worked at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Siebel configurator.
