RepTime’s growth spurt began in 2009 when it was acquired by current CEO, Hemal Patel. Under his leadership the company expanded rapidly and quickly outgrew its small infrastructure, taxing existing installation and setup processes. The solution was migration to a cloud platform. This would not only provide the scalability for growth that RepTime needed, but also would help them to enhance customer experience, be more cost efficient, handle higher volumes of data, and supplement future application integration.
