Howard Moore, Chief Executive Officer
Howard Moore is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Keste. Since founding the organization in 2004, Mr. Moore has managed business development and global operations for the company. Under Mr. Moore’s leadership, Keste has expanded its global presence with solution centers in the US and India and customers across North America, Europe and South Asia.
In 2012, Mr. Moore was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Currently, in recognition of his industry and product knowledge, he serves on Oracle’s Executive Partner Advisory Board. Prior to Keste, Mr. Moore was an executive for EADS (parent company of AirBus) where he built a shared services platform for North America and led efforts in Europe to restructure the global IT operations for the company’s communications division. Mr. Moore also founded ALTURA, a business process outsourcing company focused on critical employee-based processes for multi-unit operations. Sri Ayyeppen, President and Chief Technology Officer
Sri Ayyeppen is the President, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Keste and is responsible for driving and delivering the overall solutions and technology strategy for Keste and Keste’s customers. Mr. Ayyeppen oversees the business transformation of Keste customers using transformational solutions though state-of-the-art enterprise architecture initiatives. His responsibilities include business development and solutions and strategy evangelism. He was named an Oracle Deputy CTO in 2010. Oracle Deputy CTOs are considered strong trusted advisors that participate with Oracle on strategy and leadership conversations.
In 2014, he was named to Dallas Business Journal’s 40 under 40 and a DBJ Minority Business Leader. In 2012, he was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Alyssa Johnson, Vice President, Applications
Alyssa Johnson is Vice President of Keste’s Enterprise Applications Practice. Her primary expertise includes strategic planning and design of modern business solutions and overall program management of global projects to ensure client satisfaction. She has extensive knowledge and experience in Oracle E-Business Suite and ERP Cloud. Her role as an Oracle thought leader has given Ms. Johnson the opportunity to interface with multiple global clients in many diverse business areas giving her insights into industry and system best practices.
Ms. Johnson is currently serving as the 2017 President of the Oracle Applications User Group (OAUG), an international community for E-Business Suite, ERP Cloud, EPM/Hyperion, and Primavera users. She has presented regionally, nationally, and internationally on a variety of Oracle application topics and is one of the primary authors of The Release 12 Primer. Rajesh Sankaran, Vice President, Technology
Rajesh Sankaran is the Vice President of Technology and is responsible for technology solutions, sales support and service delivery.
With 20+ years of experience leading complex consulting engagements across a spectrum of industries, Mr. Sankaran has a track record of building strong client relationships, successfully managing large global projects, turning around at-risk programs, and revitalizing underperforming teams.
Mr. Sankaran previously held management consulting positions at Accenture and HP and has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras in India. Contact Rajesh
Dean Rucinski brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, designing and developing solutions across multiple technology segments. Dean’s emphasis on aligning IT with business needs has helped companies such as Honeywell, Ford Motor Company, GM, Kia, Volvo, McKesson, Bank of America, Citigroup, Department of Energy, NAVY, and AT&T to name a few.
A native of New York City, Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University. While building CRM and Business Intelligence / Data Analytic strategies within industries, including retail, CPG, healthcare, financial, and manufacturing, he maintains relationships with the company’s Salesforce and Oracle partnership. Mike Schwab, Vice President, Business Development
Michael Schwab is Keste’s Vice President of Business Development. He is responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of the needs of Keste’s customers; mapping those needs to the most effective technologies and forming teams to design and implement solutions that deliver true business value.
Mr. Schwab joined Keste in 2013 with over 15 years of experience in leading innovative and value-focused business technology organizations in the life sciences, manufacturing and non-profit sectors. He has successfully led multiple transformations of application technology and IT organizations and excels at collaboratively devising solutions to complex business requirements. Priya Krishnan, Vice President, Human Capital Management
Priya Krishnan is Vice President of Human Capital Management and is responsible for all of Keste’s global HR management, recruiting and employee relations initiatives. Prior to joining Keste, Ms. Krishnan was with Teletrac and provided her leadership in running their global HR department, where she was responsible for all operational and strategic HR programs.
Ms. Krishnan believes that HR is the foundation of most successful companies and works to create systems and a culture that maximizes employee engagement and development. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Contact Priya
Raj Bathini, Vice President, Finance
Raj Bathini is Vice President of Finance and is responsible for all of Keste’s global financial management. Raj brings over 25 years of experience, with time as Financial Controller for US operations at CSS, USA, Associate Vice President of Finance & Controller at Alliance Global Services (acquired by EPAM), USA, and Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting at USI Networking Private Limited (an AT&T Company).
Raj is a CPA and a member of the Washington Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Contact Raj
Madhu Seri, Vice President, India Operations
Madhu Seri is Keste’s Vice President of India Operations and is responsible for managing the Keste India Development Center growth and management. Mr. Seri was the Director of Technology at IDC for four years and lead the delivery teams before leaving to gain valuable experience in AWS and other technologies, which will help with scaling the IDC.
He will be responsible for leading the delivery and operational teams, the Director of Operations, as well as the Director of Salesforce. Under his leadership, the Keste India Development Center will continue to grow to a strong technical team with deep subject matter expertise. Contact Madhu
