Howard Moore, Chief Executive Officer
Howard Moore is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of ArganoKeste. Since founding the organization in 2004, Mr. Moore has managed business development and global operations for the company. Under Mr. Moore’s leadership, ArganoKeste has expanded its global presence with solution centers in the US and India and customers across North America, Europe and South Asia.
In 2012, Mr. Moore was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Currently, in recognition of his industry and product knowledge, he serves on Oracle’s Executive Partner Advisory Board. Prior to ArganoKeste, Mr. Moore was an executive for EADS (parent company of AirBus) where he built a shared services platform for North America and led efforts in Europe to restructure the global IT operations for the company’s communications division. Mr. Moore also founded ALTURA, a business process outsourcing company focused on critical employee-based processes for multi-unit operations. Mr. Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Software Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Sri Ayyeppen, President and Chief Technology Officer
Sri Ayyeppen is the President, Chief Technology Officer and co-Founder of ArganoKeste and is responsible for driving and delivering overall solutions and technology strategy for ArganoKeste and ArganoKeste’s customers. Mr. Ayyeppen oversees the business transformation of ArganoKeste customers using transformational solutions though state-of-the-art enterprise architecture initiatives. His responsibilities include business development and solutions, and strategy evangelism. He was named an Oracle Deputy CTO in 2010. Oracle Deputy CTOs are trusted advisors who partner with Oracle on strategy and leadership conversations.
In 2014, he was named to Dallas Business Journal’s 40 under 40 and a DBJ Minority Business Leader. In 2012, he was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. He holds a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Dallas and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras, India.
Priya Krishnan, Chief People Officer
Priya Krishnan is the Chief People Officer and is responsible for all of ArganoKeste’s global HR management, recruiting and employee relations initiatives. Prior to joining ArganoKeste, Ms. Krishnan was with Teletrac and provided her leadership in running their global HR department, where she was responsible for all operational and strategic HR programs.
Ms. Krishnan believes that HR is the foundation of most successful companies and works to create systems and a culture that maximizes employee engagement and development. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Raj Bathini, Vice President, Finance
Raj Bathini is Vice President of Finance and is responsible for all of ArganoKeste’s global financial management. Raj brings over 25 years of experience, with time as Financial Controller for US operations at CSS, USA, Associate Vice President of Finance & Controller at Alliance Global Services (acquired by EPAM), USA, and Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting at USI Networking Private Limited (an AT&T Company).
Raj is a CPA and a member of the Washington Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Rick Goree, Vice President, Service Delivery
Rick Goree is the Vice President of Service Delivery. He is responsible for ArganoKeste’s delivery of high-quality consulting and global delivery team.
Prior to joining ArganoKeste, Mr. Goree gained his leadership experience while working at Hewlett-Packard, Fujitsu, and Infosys Consulting. His experience is focused on managing global consulting organizations who deliver enterprise application services. He holds an M.B.A. from University of Dallas and a B.B.A. in Production Operations Management from New Mexico State University.
Tracy Robertson, RVP, Sales
Tracy Robertson is our RVP of Sales and is responsible for developing modern, digital customer solutions for our client. An influential leader who drives business value and growth through an enhanced customer journey, maximizing customer return, innovating sales and shaping strategies that support a better user experience, she has extensive knowledge in creating Quote to Cash solutions, including CPQ, CRM, Commerce, and Subscription, all of which have given her a great opportunity to connect with clients from different vertical markets to drive Monetization and ROI.
Tracy has a passion for customers and ensuring their success. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Madhu Seri, Vice President, India Operations
Madhu Seri is ArganoKeste’s Vice President of India Operations and is responsible for managing the ArganoKeste India Development Center growth and management. Mr. Seri was the Director of Technology at IDC for four years and lead the delivery teams before leaving to gain valuable experience in AWS and other technologies, which will help with scaling the IDC.
He will be responsible for leading the delivery and operational teams, the Director of Operations, as well as the Director of Salesforce. Under his leadership, the ArganoKeste India Development Center will continue to grow to a strong technical team with deep subject matter expertise.
