Salesforce Account Executives
We are looking for a Regional Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. The primary function of the Account Executive is to drive revenue including identifying and generating business with new customers, developing key working relationships with Salesforce.com sales representatives in each region, and owning and nurturing key regional accounts and relationships that would benefit from Keste’s offerings and solutions. The AE will be responsible for developing key regions working with Keste sales support teams and other Keste internal partners to identify prospective organizations to engage with in order to drive revenue.
The Senior Consultant will lead small to medium sized projects and will work with Technical Architects and Technical Consultants on large projects. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for successful implementation of the project and will coach the team and use the team members to design and develop the project deliverables and manage the overall timeline. This role requires relevant hands on experience with Salesforce.com and other associated cloud technologies or experience with PeopleSoft CRM, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM or Siebel products.
This role is the ultimate owner of the overall solution for the project and is responsible for successful proposal preparation and estimation for the project. You play a key role in pre-sales working with the delivery and business development teams to understand the customer business requirements, architect solution, clearly define the scope, estimate the project proposal and help answer any business and technical questions the customer may have. Salesforce Solution Architects also play a part time role with the implementation of the project. You will play the bridge between sales and delivery. Participate in kicking off the project with the delivery team and finalizing the detailed requirements and design. Identify any scope creep between the pre-sales cycle and actual implementation. This role will also be responsible for identifying technical and scope risks early in the project and finding ways to work around them during the implementation. This job role requires relevant hands on experience with Salesforce.com and associated cloud technologies. The job also requires relevant hands on skill with project estimation, scoping and project planning exercise.
